Since 2014 our company has been in a constant development program working on Duratec cylinder heads and engines. These Pro-series big-valve 2.5L heads are our highest flowing cylinderheads and airflow is increased over 30% on top of the already highest flowing head casting available from Ford & Mazda! Flowing over 325cfm @ 28" these Pro-series heads are designed to be run on engines that need to make over 250hp and routinely make 350+hp on 2.5L, 325hp+ on 2.3L, and 300hp+ on 2L engines! We start with brand new OEM head casting, weld up the EGR passage on the #4 exhaust port, install oversize intake valve seats, install bronze guides, and completely CNC machine them with our proprietary porting and chambers. After all the CNC machining is done, we do a competition valvejob, and surface the head so it's perfectly flat and ready to go!
We supply the heads bare (ready to assemble), as well as assembled (with valves, our Ti retainer/dual valvespring kit, and new valvestem seals).
