Since 2014 our company has been in a constant development program working on Duratec cylinder heads and engines. These Pro-series Turbo 2.5L heads are our highest flowing cylinderheads on the exhaust side and airflow is increased over 25% on top of the already highest flowing head casting available from Ford & Mazda! Flowing over 325cfm @ 28" these Pro-series Turbo heads are designed to be run on engines that need to make over 500hp, that's where they really shine! We start with brand new OEM head casting, weld up the EGR passage on the #4 exhaust port, install oversize intake & exhaust valve seats, install bronze guides, and completely CNC machine them with our proprietary porting and chambers. After all the CNC machining is done, we do a competition valvejob, and surface the head so it's perfectly flat and ready to go!
We supply the heads bare (ready to assemble), as well as assembled with 37.5mm (+2.5mm) stainless intake & 32mm (+2mm) Inconel exhaust valves, our Ti retainer & valvespring kit, and new valvestem seals.
