Rods: Custom American made Billet 5.7" I-beam w/ ARP bolts

Pistons: Esslinger spec custom made for us by our partner JE Pistons with extremely strong boxed (not just X shaped forgings like other manufacturers supply), and extremely short .787" wristpins

Rings: Total Seal Gapless Stainless steel .043" top rings, Napier 1.2mm second rings, and 3mm low drag oil rings

This rod and piston kit is designed for normally aspirated engines using OEM heads, or heads with OEM valve locations like the Esslinger Aluminum D-port and Esslinger SVO heads.  Not for use with turbo or superchargers, or any engines with ARCA or Midget heads.  Max recommended rpm for this kit is 9200rpm with 2.3L stroke.  We have a bunch of these kit over the past 6 years. it is super reliable and makes the most power of any 5.7" rod & piston combo available, period!  The 1/2" longer rods reduce cylinderwall loading (reduced friction), and allow the use of way lighter pistons to reduce the reciprocating weight for a faster revving engine!
