Our complete exhaust system is designed as a package, not just a header with a separate muffler. The primary and collector lengths have been tested in dozens of combinations until we found this combination. This combination of 1-3/4" primary tubes that step up to 1-7/8" before sliding into a true merged collector with precisely sized venturi. From the venturi the exhaust opens up into a 3" collector that turns inside the chassis tubes and bends right into the muffler to maintain the correct overall system length.
