This Extreme-duty ringpack features thicker 1.2mm Gapless top rings to handle ALL the boost! For normally aspirated engines we use thinner top rings to conform to the cylinderwall better but that limits their ability to handle the higher combustion chamber heat generated by boosted engines. We use these 93mm rings on both 93mm (standard) and our 93.07mm (+.003" oversize) bore pistons.
