All of our non-roller camshafts are ground on new American iron cores.
For the past 40 years we have been, and continue to be, the leaders in Ford 2300 SOHC performance!
Due to the lack of availability of quality NEW slider rocker arms there is no warranty expressed or implied with these camshafts. These cam cores are the same material and hardness that we have used successfully for the past 30+ years so we are confident that our iron cams are as reliable as they ever have been!
Cam Specs:
pn# CAM-468/468.258/258.107.4T : .468" lift, 258deg @ .050", 107deg LSA
For use in circletrack engines upto 8,000rpm. Can be run as a hydraulic or solid.
Some heads may require shortening the valveguides on any cams with more than about .450" lift.
This cam grind can also be run as a .450" lift to meet specific class rules that limit valve lift to .450" by setting up the valve tip heights accordingly.

Custom ground to suit each specific engine's requirements.
***** Custom cams will need to be ordered over the phone and have confirmation via e-mail as well as a 100% prepayment BEFORE any custom cam is ordered. Leadtime on custom cams starts at 4 weeks but can take longer. We do not grind the cams in our shop so we are at the mercy of our vendor on leadtimes. Once a custom cam is ordered, no refunds are allowed for any reason even if there are production timeline delays ****
Sometimes cams are out of stock even if this website says they are in stock. If you can not wait 4-6 weeks (or potentially longer for a custom grind) for a cam to be made please call our shop to check stock on the cam you are looking to purchase.
